LICENSE AGREEMENT
By installing this software program you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, click on the Cancel button now.

SCOPE OF USE:
In this Agreement "Licensed Software" means the Shlongg Demo software program. You may use the Licensed Software on a single central processing unit. NOTSOFT retains all rights to the Licensed Software.

RESTRICTIONS:
You agree that you will not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Licensed Software. You may not rent, lease or sell the Licensed Software. You will not create derivative works from the Licensed Software.

NO OTHER RIGHTS:
Except as stated above, this Agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade-marks, or any other rights with respect to the Licensed Software.

TERMS:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. NOTSOFT has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon such termination you must destroy the Licensed Software in your possession.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". NOTSOFT AND ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION AND PRODUCTION OF THIS SOFTWARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
NEITHER NOTSOFT NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.

UNAUTHORIZED REPRODUCTION OR DISTRIBUTION OF THIS PROGRAM, OR ANY PORTION OF IT, MAY RESULT IN SEVERE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LAW.

1. You DO NOT charge a fee, or ask for donations, for this
2. You DO NOT distribute it with any other product, commercial or not, without prior written permission.
3. You DO NOT make any claims of ownership to the Licensed Software.
